Shark fishing is a great way to spend the day. Many species can be caught off the Florida keys. Our most common and abundant species are the bull shark, the black-tip, the lemon shark, bonnet head and nurse shark. You may also encounter different species of hammerhead sharks, mako, or tiger sharks. Sharks are big game and most species will exceed one hundred pounds and lengths of six to twelve feet. Shark fishing is catch and release with many species being federally protected.
